Givi is the founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of Global Advertising Strategies. After over 22 years of corporate experience in both Eastern Europe and the United States, Mr. Topchishvili founded Global in 1999. Since then, Global has become a leading multicultural marketing firm, servicing over 29 markets in the United States and abroad.

Givi successfully led Russia's first-ever IPO and is a board member of the Moscow-based RosBusinessConsulting Media Holding Company. Today, RBC Media is one of the largest publicly owned conglomerates in Russia. He sits on the Board of Directors for various U.S. and international financial and scientific institutions.

Givi acquired a Master's Degree in Solid-State Physics and completed a Doctorate Program in Physical Chemistry.

He is a regular source on the media circuit and has been widely published.
