Having been with Global Advertising Strategies since its inception in 1999 Victoria has held numerous managerial positions. She worked closely with the President & CEO for the last 8 years, and continues to play a key role in all aspects of operations and strategic business development ensuring the company's steady growth and success. In her current role of EVP of Operations, Victoria develops and administers internal policies and procedures, directs Global's business relationships, and oversees all of the firm's financial and legal obligations.

Prior to joining Global, Victoria was a consultant for international market-entry projects employing her expertise across specific markets on both sides of the Atlantic. Her knowledge of 5 languages and her broad international experiences have given Victoria in-depth understanding of the worldwide markets and their demands.

Ms. Levinson graduated summa cum laude from the Thomas Hunter Honors Program at Hunter College in New York City. Her post-graduate studies included coursework in marketing, and business management at NYU's Stern School of Business.
