The division completely outsources advertising management and runs as a virtual advertising office. Channel One Russia is the leading 24-hour Russian-language television network specifically tailored for Russian speaking communities in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

In the U.S., Channel One Russia has become the fastest growing Russian language network, with heavy market penetration in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Miami.

The channel was launched on DIRECTV’s satellite platform in early 2005. Shortly thereafter, Channel One Russia also became available to West Coast viewers on Comcast, and for East Coast viewers on Cablevision.
