The Media Sales Division is a separate unit of Global Advertising Strategies that represents international media outlets on an exclusive basis. We offer a complete cycle of advertising services to media organizations, from property presentation and packaging, to sales and media placement. The division completely outsources advertising management and runs as a virtual advertising office. Currently we represent internationally broadcasted television channels, as well as retain ownership of indoor/outdoor advertising locations throughout the U.S. These services are available on demand.



Israel Plus

Israel Plus is the world’s only Russian-language Israeli TV channel. The channel was launched in 2002 specifically for the Russian speaking community in Israel.

Since its launch, the channel has successfully garnered the interest of the community in Israel and has now expanded its global reach to the Russian speaking communities in the United States.

Israel Plus unites and provides a bridge to the Russian speaking communities worldwide to Israel. It’s unique and vibrant programming include news, culture, magazine shows, religion, music, game shows, and special holiday programs.
